What Will You Do?
You will be based at one property, supporting the day-to-day HR operations while reporting to the Cluster HR team. Your role is to ensure all HR processes are executed smoothly, accurately, and in line with company standards.
You are the bridge between the property and HQ, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Ensure all employee records, contracts, and documentation are complete and compliant
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee databases
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Prepare and verify payroll inputs including attendance, leave, claims, and overtime
- Ensure accuracy of statutory contributions and submissions
- Work closely with Cluster HR to ensure timely payroll processing
Industrial Relations (IR) & Employee Matters
- Handle day-to-day employee relations matters at the property
- Support disciplinary processes including investigations, documentation, and issuance of letters
- Ensure all IR cases are properly documented and handled in accordance with company policies and local labour laws
- Escalate and report all IR cases in a timely manner to the General Manager and Director of HR Operations
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support end-to-end recruitment for the property
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and support hiring managers
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Performance & Probation Tracking
- Track probation timelines and coordinate confirmation processes
- Support managers in monitoring employee performance and KPI alignment
Training & Development Coordination
- Work with department heads to identify training needs
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
HR Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare regular HR reports for Cluster HR
- Ensure all HR updates, issues, and data are communicated to HQ in a timely manner
- Maintain alignment between property operations and HQ expectations
Who Must You Be?
You are reliable, structured, and hands-on. You know how to manage the details, but also understand how HR supports the business on the ground.
- You have 5 to 8 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, IR or a similar role
- You are comfortable handling payroll inputs and employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes
- You are organised and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- You are able to work independently at the property while staying aligned with Cluster HR
- You communicate clearly and follow through on responsibilities
- You are practical and solutions-oriented
Most importantly, you take ownership of your work and ensure things get done properly.
