We’re looking for students who want to spend part of their summer working as Camp Counsellors at Epsom College in Malaysia. This is a paid, live-on-campus role where you’ll work with international students aged 9 to 15 years old from across Asia such as Japan, Korea, and Mandarin-speaking regions.
What you’ll be doing
- Helping out in English lessons so learning stays relaxed and engaging
- Running games, sports, and random energy-burning activities after class
- Making sure students feel safe, included, and settled while away from home
You’ll support English classes, run activities, and help create a comfortable environment for students experiencing boarding life away from home. Language proficiency in Japanese, Mandarin, Southeast Asian or any other languages are welcomed!

You’ll gain real experience working with children, communicating across cultures, and operating within an international school environment. Many of our campers come from diverse background so students interested in education, hospitality, psychology, languages, or youth programmes usually find this especially benfecial.
