What Will You Do?
As a Food & Beverage Assistant at Tune KLIA2, you will support the daily food and beverage operations while delivering friendly and efficient service to guests. You will work closely with the F&B team to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced airport hotel environment. Your main responsibilities include:
- Assist in daily Food & Beverage operations, including service setup and closing duties
- Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to all guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve items according to service standards
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all service areas
- Assist with basic food preparation, table setting, and clearing of tables
- Respond to guest requests and feedback promptly and professionally
- Support stock control, replenishment, and basic inventory checks
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Assist during events, functions, or busy service periods when required
Who Must You Be?
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities and qualifications:
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Opera POS systems and MS Office is a plus
- Good communication skills in English, ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
- Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong teamwork and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude with good grooming and professionalism
- Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, F&B Service, or related field is an advantage
- Willing to be based in Sepang and work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
