Faiz Akhbar, Design Director
Design Director
Faiz brings nearly 15 years of architecture and masterplanning experience to the Group, where he gets to shape the visual and spatial soul of our properties. His days are spent collaborating with architects, project teams, and operators, working out everything from spatial flow and conservation to the finest interior details. What he loves most is transforming a complex asset into a vibrant, sustainable space that guests love experiencing. For Faiz, it’s all about creating a feeling: bold urban design, thoughtful aesthetics, and spaces that tell a story.
