You are comfortable articulating detailed and constructive feedback to the design team across various design principles – brand, graphic and interiors. Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Branding and Partnership Manager to join our F&B team at a boutique hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive branding and partnership strategies to increase the hotel's visibility and drive revenue growth in our edgy and fine dining outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in KOL engagement, media relations, PR, and strategic partnerships within the F&B industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive branding and partnership strategies for the F&B department to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the F&B industry to promote our edgy and fine dining outlets.
Work with the media to secure coverage for our F&B outlets through strategic PR campaigns.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with complementary businesses to enhance our F&B offerings and expand our reach.
Collaborate with the F&B team to develop and execute integrated campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and events.
Analyse and report on the effectiveness of branding and partnership initiatives to inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in branding, partnership management, media relations, or PR, ideally within the F&B industry.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with KOLs, media outlets, and partner businesses.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to report on campaign effectiveness.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Passion for the F&B industry and a willingness to learn.
